2. Can I get the Entertainment Book on my smartphone?

You most certainly can! The Entertainment Digital Membership puts the value of an Entertainment Book into your smartphone. This convenient Membership uses ‘near me’ technology, and the ability to redeem through your phone, with no Card or Voucher needed (Digital Membership needs to be purchased separately to your Book). 3. Is there an app that I can use as a companion to my Entertainment Book?

Yes. You can download the Entertainment New Zealand app from iTunes or Google play and use it as a companion to your Book. You will have access to ‘near me’ technology, be able to search for businesses and some other great features. To redeem your Entertainment Book offers, however, you still need to present an Entertainment Gold Card or Voucher from your Book. 4. Can I share my Entertainment Book?

You can share your Entertainment Card or Vouchers with immediate family, however the offers become void if they are transferred outside of your immediate household. Only one member of your family needs to register and sign the back of the Gold Card.

5. Can I swap my Entertainment Vouchers with my friends?

The Entertainment Card and Vouchers become void if they are transferred or re-sold.

6. Do I need to let the restaurant know I am an Entertainment Member when I make my booking or arrive at the restaurant?

No. You just need to present your Card, Voucher or Digital Membership on your smartphone, when you request your bill.

7. When can I start using my Entertainment Book?

You can start using your Book as soon as you have activated your Gold Card. The quickest way to do this is on the Entertainment website. If you don’t have access to the internet, call the Entertainment customer service team on 1300 159 707.

8. What happens if I lose my Gold Card?

There is a $35 replacement fee. Go to www.entertainmentbook.co.nz/members/Card-Rep to order online, or call your local Entertainment office.

9. Can I fundraise with the Entertainment Book?

If you belong to a school, corporate organisation, sports club, or community group, Entertainment Books are a valuable fundraiser! Call your local Entertainment office or register your interest online at www.entertainmentbook.co.nz/about/fundraising/contact. Hurry, supplies of Entertainment Memberships are limited each year.

10. How do I redeem the bonus offers and see updates for my Entertainment Book?

Go to www.entertainmentbook.co.nz/members/Bonus to find out the most up-to-date information about your Book. You’ll also find a list of new offers that have been added since this Book was printed that you can take advantage of simply by showing your Entertainment Gold Card.
